The Masked Singer UK returns tonight with the hotly-anticipated second episode of the second series with judges Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora, Davina McCall and Mo Gilligan.
Taking to the stage tonight are the six other contestants from the overall 12, after the first six performed last week and Alien, who was Sophie Ellis Bextor, was eliminated.
This Saturday night, it’s Grandfather Clock, Bush Baby, Harlequin, Blob, Seahorse, and Viking.
With some subtle clues already revealed in the star’s mysterious costumes and in clips unveiled on the show’s social media, some fans think they already know who is who.
Some viewers are convinced there is an Australian connection to Bush Baby.
Some have guessed it could be Aussie pop star Peter Andre, while some have put forward Jason Donovan and either Ant or Dec, as the Geordie presenters host I’m A Celeb Down Under.
Others believe it is rapper KSI, or a children’s TV presenter or someone from Countdown due to the numbers and letters on the front of its costume.
The clue for Seahorse is as follows: “A beautiful marine creature who will be hoping their singing goes swimmingly.
“This singer will hope they can ride of the crest of a wave and make it all the way to the final week.
“There won’t be much time for horseplay though as the judges will be out in force to find out just who it is lurking beneath the surface.”
On social media, suggestions so far for Seahorse’s identity are Ruth Langsford and Claire Richards from Steps.
Seahorse said they were magical and unique looking, leading to guesses including Holly Willoughby, Katie Price, Michaela Strachan, Coleen Nolan, and Helen Skelton.
Others predicted Seahorse is Rochelle Humes, Carole Smilie, Kym Marsh, Susanna Reid, and even Danni Minogue, as Seahorse sang Can’t Get You Out Of My Head.
The clue was that Seahorse stole toilet paper from a “total legend’s house”, with many believing that means it’s Olivia Coleman, because her husband stole toilet roll from Buckingham Palace.
In a new teaser clip, Grandfather Clock says: “Will you guess who I am?” but some fans think the clue is in the way the voice has been disguised.
Several think the voice has a “Doctor Who vibe” with some guessing it could be former Time Lord Tom Baker, who at 86 could fit in the with grandfather theme of the character. Read from source….
